Bad Bots

Learn how to block bad bots that you may run into while using CloudFlow.

Block bad bots​

There are a couple options to block bad bots from accessing your application, which can be done either manually by blocking a specific IP address or CIDR block, or automatically through one of our bot management modules.

Manually​

To manually block an IP address or CIDR block for an environment in your project you can either do this through the environment's IP restrictions or a module like Varnish Cache or OpenResty.

Automatically​

Submit a support request by clicking the Support link in the left sidebar to discuss the best bot management module available for your specific needs.
