Update user profile
Follow the steps below to update your user profile:
- Log in to your CloudFlow organization.
- In the left sidebar, click My Account and then My profile.
- In your user profile, find and edit the profile field(s) you want to update and then click Update.
Enable two-factor authentication
Follow the steps below to enable two-factor authentication (2FA):
- Log in to your CloudFlow organization.
- In the left sidebar, click My Account and then My profile.
- In your user profile, toggle the 2FA switch from Disabled to Enabled.
- Select how you would like to enable 2FA, either through SMS or an authentication app, and then click Save.

Submit a support request by clicking the Support link in the left sidebar if you would like 2FA to be required for all users invited to your organization.
Disable two-factor authentication
Follow the steps below to disable two-factor authentication (2FA):
- Log in to your CloudFlow organization.
- In the left sidebar, click My Account and then My profile.
- In your user profile, toggle the 2FA switch from Enabled to Disabled and then click Save.

Submit a support request by clicking the Support link in the left sidebar from your user email address if you are no longer able to provide the second form of authentication and need 2FA to be disabled by CloudFlow. Please keep in mind our 2FA reset process requires extensive verification and can take up to 7 days to be completed.
